You may only create one Account per person. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any bonuses, winnings, or balances may be forfeited. If you forget your Account login details, contact our customer support team for assistance rather than creating a new Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 777apk customer support immediately.
Before processing any withdrawal, 777apk requires completion of KYC verification. You must provide a clear, legible copy of your valid Indonesian ID card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. Additional documentation such as proof of address may be requested at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays.
Important: 777apk takes underage gambling prevention extremely seriously. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, with all funds forfeited and no refund provided.
777apk accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms. There is no maximum deposit limit unless imposed by your payment provider. Deposits are credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from joint accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts belonging to another individual will be reversed, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed instantly. Processing times may vary during Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Chinese New Year, or during periods of high transaction volume. 777apk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
All transactions on 777apk are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees and exchange rates over which 777apk has no control.
Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Friday during WIB (Western Indonesia Time) banking hours, excluding Indonesian public holidays. The average processing time is 5 minutes for verified Accounts during business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your 777apk Account and KYC documentation.
Deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and fraud. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

Each bonus is subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount), maximum bet limits while wagering, eligible games, and expiration periods. You must read and accept the specific bonus terms before claiming any promotion.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players, wagering patterns designed solely to meet turnover requirements without genuine gameplay, and exploiting software errors or bonus calculation mistakes. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds and winnings may be forfeited.
The 777apk welcome bonus (typically 100% match up to Rp 20,000,000) is available once per person, household, IP address, and payment method. The bonus must be wagered 30 times before any withdrawal. Maximum bet size while wagering the bonus is Rp 50,000 per bet. The bonus expires 30 days after activation.
All games on 777apk use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are conducted by live dealers via video stream. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be manipulated by 777apk or players. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent long-term statistical averages.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
777apk reserves the right to investigate and void bets in cases of irregular play patterns including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, betting on all possible outcomes of an event, strategic betting to exploit bonus terms, and coordinated betting across multiple Accounts. Winnings from irregular play may be confiscated.
For sports betting markets including football betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues, all bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In cases of postponed matches, abandoned matches, or disputed results, 777apk's settlement rules apply as detailed on our sportsbook page. You are responsible for understanding the specific betting rules for each sport and market type including bandar bola (bookmaker markets), mix parlay, voor bola (handicap betting), and over/under markets.
777apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any activity that threatens the integrity of our Services. Suspended Accounts will be investigated, and the User will be notified of the outcome.
If you wish to close your Account voluntarily due to responsible gaming concerns, you may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account, and all promotional communications will cease. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. Inactive Accounts with remaining balances may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) after 12 months of inactivity.
